This proposed development comprises the consolidation of the residential lots on Park Road, Berry Road, Holdsworth Avenue and River Road. It is set to be home to 375 apartments positioned within the Lane Cove Local Government Area, forming part of the St Leonards South Masterplan Precinct.

The project draws inspiration from its distinct surroundings and the landforms of Sydney’s landscape, specifically the unique micro-climates of St Leonards and the Crows Nest region. The existing topography of St Leonards South shifts from open woodlands to a tropical gully, and by reflecting this natural transition of the land, we aim to create an inspiring and contextually rich environment for the St Leonards South residential development.
